NOTIFICATION PERTAINING TO CONDUCT THE D. EL. ED. PART-1 EXTERNAL EVALUATION IN PRE-INTERNSHIP PROCESS BASED TEA CH ING LEARNING SKILL ENHANCEM ENT PRQDjrRAMME (PRA CTICU M -1/ P-1) OF THE SESSION-2022-2024
In reference to the prior communication mentioned as no. 359/WBBPE/D EI.Ed./2023/38A-l0/2023 dated 29/12/2023, this notification serves to advise all stakeholders that the External Evaluation for the Pre-Internship Process Based Teaching Learning Skill Enhancement Programme (Practicum-1/ P-1) of the session 2022-2024 will take place between 09/04/2024 and 24/04/2024, excluding 18/04/2024 & 19/04/2024 due to the Lok Sabha Election. The evaluation will occur at the PTT D.EI.Ed. Institutions, including DIETS, following the outlined guidelines. Principals are instructed to promptly inform students of the evaluation dates along with assembly times and required materials as per the guidelines. Examiners will receive an SMS with a link, User ID & Password for accessing the Appointment letter, Guidelines, Mark Entry Form, Attendance Sheet, and Remuneration Bill Form. The confidentiality of the User ID and password is paramount. Each examiner will assess 25 students per day and record scores in the designated ProformaScore sheet confidentially. Attendance must be documented in ascending order of registration numbers. Venue Heads will access necessary documents through their institution log-in for the smooth execution of the evaluation. Any additional measures for smooth evaluation should be communicated to the Board, ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates who have not completed the examination form for the External Evaluation are advised to contact the Institute Head for submission of student details by 7th April, 2024, in an excel format provided in the institute log-in.
