পরীক্ষার্থীদের প্রতি নির্দেশাবলী
Instructions for Examinees
১. পরীক্ষা শুরুর প্রথম দিন (১০.০২.২০২৫) পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রের গেট খোলা হবে সকাল ০৯.৪৫ মি.-এ।
1. On the first day of the examination (10.02.2025), the examination center gate will open at 09:45 AM.
২. পরীক্ষা শুরুর প্রথম দিন (১০.০২.২০২৫) কেবলমাত্র পরীক্ষার্থীরা সকাল ০৯.৪৫ মি.-এ পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে।
2. On the first day of the examination (10.02.2025), only examinees will be allowed to enter the examination center at 09:45 AM.
৩. পরীক্ষার দ্বিতীয় দিন (১১.০২.২০২৫) থেকে পরীক্ষার শেষ দিন (২০.০২.২০২৫) পর্যন্ত কেবলমাত্র পরীক্ষার্থীরা সকাল ১০.০০ টায় পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে।
3. From the second day of the examination (11.02.2025) until the last day (20.02.2025), only examinees will be allowed to enter the examination center at 10:00 AM.
8. পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্র প্রবেশের সময় পরীক্ষার্থীরা কেবলমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট্, অ্যাডমিট কার্ড, লেখার সরঞ্জাম (কলম, পেন্সিল, ইরেজার, জ্যামিতি, ভূগোল ও জীবন বিজ্ঞানের অঙ্কন সামগ্রী) স্বচ্ছ বোর্ড ও স্বচ্ছ জলের বোতল ছাড়া অন্য কিছু (ক্যালকুলেটর, ফর্মুলা স্কেল, মোবাইল ফোন বা অন্য কোন গেজেট, বোর্ড, ছাপা বা লিখিত কোন বই বা কাগজ) নিয়ে প্রবেশ করতে পারবে না।
4. While entering the examination center, examinees are permitted to carry only their respective Registration Certificate, Admit Card, writing materials (pen, pencil, eraser, geometry instruments, drawing materials for Geography and Life Science), a transparent board, and a transparent water bottle.
- Carrying any other items, such as calculators, formula scales, mobile phones, electronic gadgets, boards, printed or handwritten books or papers, is strictly prohibited.
৫. পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রের বাইরে থেকে কোনো সাদা কাগজ নিয়ে পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করা যাবে না।
5. Examinees are not allowed to carry any blank paper into the examination center from outside.
৬. উপরোক্ত বস্তুগুলি যদি কারো কাছে পাওয়া যায় তবে তা বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে পর্ষদ নির্দেশিত আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
6. If any prohibited items are found in an examinee's possession, they will be confiscated, and necessary legal action will be taken as per the Board’s regulations.
৭. পরীক্ষার হলে পরীক্ষার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট খাতা ছাড়া প্রশ্নপত্র, অ্যাডমিট কার্ড বা রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেটে কোন কিছু লেখা নিষিদ্ধ।
7. It is strictly forbidden to write anything on the question paper, admit card, or registration certificate except on the answer sheet provided for the examination.
৮. পরীক্ষা শুরুর পর ১ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পরীক্ষা হলের বাইরে যাওয়া যাবে না, খাতা জমা দেওয়া যাবে না।
8. Examinees are not allowed to leave the examination hall or submit their answer sheets within the first hour of the examination.
৯. পরীক্ষা শেষের অব্যবহিত পরেই পরীক্ষা-কক্ষে উপস্থিত শিক্ষক / শিক্ষিকার কাছে পরীক্ষার খাতা জমা দিয়ে দিতে হবে। কোনোভাবে বিলম্ব করলে তা শাস্তি যোগ্য অপরাধ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
9. Immediately after the completion of the examination, examinees must submit their answer sheets to the invigilating teacher inside the examination hall. Any delay in submission will be considered a punishable offense.
১০. কোনো পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষাকক্ষে কোনো অসদুপায় গ্রহণ করলে, পর্ষদের নিয়ম অনুসারে পরীক্ষা নিয়ামক কর্তৃপক্ষ ব্যবস্থা নিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।
10. If any examinee engages in unfair means during the examination, the concerned authorities will take disciplinary action as per the Board’s regulations.
১১. কোনো পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষাকক্ষে উপস্থিত শিক্ষক/ শিক্ষিকার সংগে অশালীন বা অভব্য আচরণ করলে, পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে ভাঙচুরের ঘটনায় যুক্ত থাকলে, পর্ষদের নির্দেশানুসারে সংশ্লিষ্ট পরীক্ষার্থীদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
11. If an examinee misbehaves with the invigilating teacher inside the examination hall, engages in vandalism, or is involved in any disruptive activities at the examination center, legal action will be taken against them as per the Board’s directives.
